# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper for the marinade.
03 - Pat tilapia fillets dry and place them on one side of the prepared sheet pan. Brush fillets generously with the lemon-herb marinade.
04 - In a mixing bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange green beans in a single layer on the other side of the sheet pan.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until the tilapia is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and green beans are tender-crisp.
06 - Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything cooks on one sheet pan, leaving you with practically zero cleanup and more time to actually enjoy your evening.
  • The lemon herb marinade works magic on mild tilapia, infusing it with flavor in just minutes while the fish remains deliciously tender.
02 -
  • Overcrowding the pan will cause the fish and vegetables to steam rather than roast, so use a large sheet pan or divide between two pans if needed.
  • The fish continues cooking slightly after removing from the oven, so its better to pull it out when it just barely flakes rather than waiting until its completely firm.
03 -
  • Line your sheet pan with parchment paper instead of foil for a truly non-stick surface that lets you use every drop of that delicious marinade.
  • For extra crispy green bean edges, put the empty sheet pan in the oven while it preheats, then carefully add the vegetables to the hot pan.
