# How to Make It:
01 - Combine brown sugar, hot water, and ground cinnamon in a small cup. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
02 - Extract two shots of espresso using an espresso machine, or substitute with strong coffee.
03 - Fill a cocktail shaker or large sealable jar with ice. Pour in the brown sugar syrup and brewed espresso.
04 - Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds to chill and froth the mixture.
