# How to Make It:

- Peel and roughly chop the cucumbers. Remove any large stems from the mint and rinse cilantro if using.
- Place chopped cucumber, mint, cilantro (optional), lime juice, agave syrup, cold water and ice into a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and uniformly combined, about 30–45 seconds depending on blender power.
- Pour the blended liquid through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher, pressing on the solids to extract all juice and discard the pulp.
- Taste and modify sweetness or acidity as desired, adding more agave or a squeeze of lime if needed.
- Fill glasses with ice, divide the chilled drink among glasses, and garnish with cucumber slices, lime wedges and mint sprigs. If using sparkling water, gently stir in chilled sparkling water to taste just before serving.
